Welcome to LIVO. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and booking platform (together, the “Platform”). By using LIVO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Who We Are

LIVO is operated by LIVO – F.Z.E, a subsidiary of LIVO LLC, a one-stop shop that enables users to discover, book, and manage longevity and recovery services from vetted third-party providers (“Partners”)

User Eligibility

To use LIVO, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

Provide accurate information and keep your account secure


Nature of the Platform

  • LIVO is a booking intermediary, not the provider of the services listed. The services are delivered directly by the third-party Partners.
  • LIVO does not provide medical advice or services. Always consult a licensed health professional before starting any wellness protocol.

Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Partner.
  • All payments on LIVO are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Prices shown on the Platform are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
  • Payment processing fees and any VAT adjustments are managed internally by LIVO.
  • If you cancel a booking, refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy of the selected Partner. This policy is displayed at checkout and included in your confirmation email.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions.

User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use LIVO for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless expressly authorized)
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
  • Respect appointment times and cancellation rules

Treat Partner staff with respect and professionalism

Partner Responsibilities

Partners listed on LIVO are independent businesses responsible for:

  • Providing accurate service information and availability
  • Delivering the booked services professionally and safely
  • Holding valid licenses, insurance, and following local regulations

 

Reviews and Ratings

  • Only users who have completed a booking may leave a review.
  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that are abusive, false, or violate our guidelines.
  • LIVO may use reviews and ratings for marketing and service quality purposes.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (text, visuals, code, logos) is owned by or licensed to LIVO.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without permission.

Liability Disclaimer

LIVO is not liable for:

  • Services provided by third-party Partners
  • Injuries, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from services booked
  • Platform downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LIVO if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior

You engage in harmful or disruptive activity on the Platform

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or app notification. Continued use of LIVO implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
